**POLICIES **
New clients and appointments over 2hours are subject to a 25% deductible deposit. This amount is not refundable should the appointment be cancelled or moved within the 24 hours prior.
All clients are subject to 24 hour cancellation and moving fees.
Should you be late to your appointment please advise at the earliest opportunity. Lateness of 15 minutes or more risk being cancelled. A reminder that cancelled appointments are subject to fees.
LASHES:
An obligatory evaluation will be conducted for clients with lashes done elsewhere. Should the lashes be in unhealthy condition, all lashes will be removed and cleansed. If time permits a new set will be applied. If not, a new appointment will need to be set.
NAILS:
Nails done elsewhere will be evaluated. Gel nails can be removed at a fee. Acrylic and resin/powder will not be worked on.
